Amazing staging and the exceptional photos…

We used Amanda based on a recommendation, and we were not disappointed. Her amazing staging and the exceptional photos that she organised lead to an offer being made by the first people that viewed our house. We expected it to take a while for our property to sell as the market was particularly quiet by Amanda sold it within 3 weeks. We have been continually kept up to date with all aspects of the sales progress and kept in the loop via emails which is something we have not experienced previously with high street estate agents as we have always had to chase them ourselves.

We would highly recommend Amanda for a stress free experience and if we have the need we would definitely use her again.

Strong knowledge of the property market…

When we decided to market our home we consulted traditional Estate Agents but felt that they didn’t provide what we were looking for in terms of service and value. After further investigation it seemed that while Internet estate Agents are good value they require a lot of work for us in both set up, management and viewings – as we both have full time professional roles we realised that we couldn’t take on our own marketing and viewings. When Amanda came to our house it was instantly clear that she was the perfect person to sell it. She provides a service you simply wouldn’t get from an estate agent and the results speak for themselves. We have had 4 viewings requested within 5 days of going to market. This is mainly as a result of the home staging advice she gave us and the fantastic photographs taken by the online agents, as guided by Amanda. Crucially she advised us that we would be missing a trick by having a bunk bed blocking the light and view from the window in the second bedroom. This had not been mentioned by the 2 estate agents we had to appraise our house.

Just completed on our house sale today! Over the moon!

From day one Amanda has been worth her weight in gold.

When we decided to sell our rental property, we had tenants still living there. Amanda helped to de-personalise and dress the rooms to ensure they look appealing to buyers. She recommended a professional photographer and I must say the photos using a wide angled lens really have a more accurate perspective!
